Primarily, we use high-quality wool to manufacture your rug, ensuring durability and luxury. Additionally, we offer a wide range of quality materials such as viscose, silk, petyarn, polyester, jute, and more. Please specify if you have any special material requirements, or we proceed with our primary material, wool, for your custom rug.

Color

Choose from a vibrant spectrum of colors to complement your style and space. Our color options range from bold and vivid shades to subtle and soothing tones, ensuring a perfect match for any decor theme. If you have specific color requirements, our team will get back to you with color shade photos to confirm your choice before production begins. Otherwise, we will proceed with the color from the photo you provide.

Size & Shape

Customize the size and shape of your rug to fit your specific requirements. Whether you need a small accent rug or a large area rug, we can create it in round, square, rectangular, or custom shapes tailored to your space. With the provided photo, if you provide an approximate idea such as needing a rug with just 6 feet in length, our team will calculate the other dimensions using our company tool. If you have a specific shape in mind, please mention that as well, and we'll ensure your custom rug is crafted exactly to your preferences.

How long does it take to receive a customized rug?

The manufacturing and shipping process for your customized rug typically takes between 3 to 4 weeks from the time of order confirmation. This includes designing, manufacturing, quality assurance, and shipping to your address.

What payment methods do you accept for custom rug orders?

For international customers, we accept PayPal as a secure payment option. For customers in India, we accept UPI, as well as credit and debit card payments.

What materials are available for custom rugs?

We primarily use wool for manufacturing all our rugs. However, we also offer customization options with a variety of yarns including viscose, pet yarn, silk, polyester, mohair wool, jute, and more based on specific requirements.

Is there a minimum or maximum size for custom rugs?

No, there are no minimum or maximum size restrictions for custom rugs. We can accommodate a wide range of sizes based on your preferences and requirements.

Can I return or exchange a custom rug if I'm not satisfied?

We offer returns or exchanges only in the case of defects. If you notice any defect in your custom rug, please report it within 3 days of delivery. Depending on the nature of the defect, we may offer a full refund or exchange. To expedite the resolution process, we recommend customers make an unpacking video upon receiving the rug, as we also record videos of each rug before packing.

Can I cancel my custom rug order before it's shipped?

If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, we can process it. However, once the rug enters the manufacturing process, we are unable to cancel the order.
